Certified Leads Group

Terms of Use

Effective 4 October 2026

These terms govern your use of certifiedleadsgroup.com, operated by 2691060 Alberta Corporation, doing business as Certified Leads Group, of Alberta, Canada. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The short version. Everything on this site is information. Nothing on it is a contract, a reservation, or a promise of results. If we work together, a separate written agreement sets out what each of us owes the other, and that agreement governs.

Nothing here is an offer

The pages on this site describe what we do and invite you to apply. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting an application does not create a contract or oblige either of us to proceed. We may decline any application, and we do not have to give a reason.

Territory availability

The site shows whether a territory appears to be available. That status is drawn from our own records and refreshed periodically, and it is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time it is displayed. It is not a reservation. A territory can be taken, withdrawn or put on hold at any time, including between the moment you see it and the moment you apply. Where a territory has no brand site running yet, availability means the territory is open to claim, not that a site is already live in that city.

Estimates and projections

The territory check performs arithmetic on figures that you supply — your average job size, your margin, your close rate, the extra work you say you could take on. The results are an illustration of your own numbers. They are not a forecast, a target, a promise or a guarantee of any outcome, and we do not verify the figures you enter.

What you actually earn depends on your pricing, your sales process, how quickly you respond, your local market and factors outside anyone's control. Do not treat anything on this site as a prediction of your results.

The appointment guarantee

Any guarantee described on this site is a plain-language summary for the purpose of explaining how we work. What counts as a qualified appointment, how the minimum is set, what each party must do and what remedy applies are all defined in the written partnership agreement. If this site and that agreement differ, the agreement governs.

Applying

When you apply you agree that the information you give is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of your business. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
